Email ben@benwebstudio.com.au. Include your Shopify store domain, the shipping discount name, what you expected, and what happened. Do not send customer passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Before contacting us

• Confirm the shipping discount is Active rather than Paused.
• Check its start time, time zone, conditions, profile, zone, and rate.
• Use Test mode and apply the generated test key at checkout.
• Try a checkout address that belongs to the configured shipping zone.

Removing the app

You can uninstall the app from Shopify Admin. Shopify manages app-plan cancellation and billing status. Store data is erased through the Shopify app-uninstall and mandatory privacy-redaction process.
